I Have the Perfect Body

Wow now that's a bold title!

Really, is it?

Heck no!

In my eyes, in my mirror...I have the perfect body.

I feel comfortable in my own skin.

I eat right, I use moderation in my choices and don't deprive myself of any treats. I don't beat myself up if I have pizza, and I pat myself on the back when I pass on that piece of cake.

I workout several times a week, but you will never find me in a gym. That is not the setting for me. I practice Yoga, and walk in the park, and go up and down stairs when I can. I also opt for walking and leave my car when I am in the mood.

I take care of my skin and all around hygiene. I don't mistreat my face with products that promise
forever young, I don't drink alcohol outside of social events; my coffee intake is moderate. I shower with hot water but am aware I need to change that because it is not good for my skin. I wash my hands often, especially if I'm touching my face.
I wash my hair bi-weekly, shave my arms and legs weekly.
I use Coco Butter all over my body in the Winter and light moisturizer in the warmer months.
I try to keep in mind... not to pick at any pimples.

I pick clothes that flatter my shape. I love mixing colors, styles and textures.
I don't focus on the number or letter of the piece I pick up, but instead on how it fits me. Does it pull in places it shouldn't? Is it too loose? That is how I shop. Is wearing these heels gonna cause me pain later? Will my toes be squished in the front? Will I twist my ankle?

I am 5'4" tall and have no idea how much I weigh. I never look at or go on the scale unless I am at the doctor's office, and even then I don't focus on the number.
When my clothes fit too tightly, when I feel sluggish, when I feel a muffin top starting...that lets me know I need to pump my brakes.

I have the Perfect body for me!

This post is a celebration of individuality. Your perfect you!

This post was inspired by a new ad from Victoria's Secret.

I did not see myself represented in that ad, but I still know that I have the Perfect body.
I did not see my daughter represented in that ad either, but she too has the Perfect body.

What about you? Do you have the perfect body? Share what makes yours special.
Do you even feel like you have the perfect body or is what VS selling you ringing true for you?

Always stress free xo.
